
Hi, I'm Deniz.
If you’re someone who doesn’t usually ask for help—or who finds vulnerability in relationships complicated—I get it. I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood, to build armor out of independence, to stay in motion just to feel safe.
For me, that motion was often literal. Dancing became both a refuge and a form of expression—a way to move through stress, to release what was held inside, and to stay connected to joy and loved ones. Dance has always spoken to me in ways that words never could. Over time, that relationship to movement deepened and evolved into my life’s work.
I’ve learned that healing doesn’t come from fixing what’s broken, but from making space for the parts of us we had to disconnect from—often because we didn’t yet have the support or language to process what we felt. I bring that spaciousness into my work and invite clients into it with me.
In our work together, we listen to what your body has been holding—experiences that shaped you, responses that once protected you, and the parts of you that may still be waiting to be witnessed with care. Healing, to me, is an integrative process—one that engages the intelligence of the nervous system and body while honoring the dynamic interplay between thoughts, emotions, actions, and energy.
